When you outsource your project to a Kajabi specialist or designer, you're wasting a lot of time on the prep work. Fill out a form, email back and forth, book a call, get added to their waitlist, finally onboard, discuss the project, and eventually get started. When you join our membership, you can see results in as little as 2 business days. Literally... two days from now. 

As for an in-house employee, that's wonderful if you can afford it! But having an employee means you need to manage them and provide them with constant work. With our membership, as soon as you run out of projects, you can simply pause, so you aren't paying someone to sit around and do nothing.

We love big beautiful Kajabi projects, and we've done quite a few! Inside our membership, your large projects will be broken down into bite-sized pieces, so we can continue to deliver amazing results in the timeframe you've come to expect. What might this look like? Let's say you want a 4-page website. The homepage might take a week, each additional page might take 2 days each, and the final touches could take an additional 2 days.

When we say unlimited, we mean it! You can submit as many requests as you'd like, and we'll tackle them one at a time with an average turnaround time of 2 business days. You can log into your project portal at any time to add, delete, edit, or reorder your requests. 

Need to pause? No problem! Just drop us an email and we'll get your membership paused immediately. Billing will be on hold, and when you're ready to start up again, just let us know and you can pick up right where you left off. For instance, let's say you pause 2 weeks into your monthly membership. When you're ready to get going again, you'll have 2 weeks left before you're billed for the next month. 

It's worth mentioning that when we have a waitlist for our membership, we will implement restrictions on the length of the pause (don't worry - you'll be given a heads up beforehand!).

We're small business owners too, so we understand the ebb and flow of things. Just send us an email to pause your membership and you can restart it at any time.

We structured our membership to ensure we're 100% focused on our clients' projects throughout the day and working as efficiently as possible. This means we need all communication to stay within the portal so nothing gets overlooked (that would stink for all of us!).

That said, you're welcome to embed voice notes, Loom videos, or Google Drive links in your project portal if that's the easiest way for you to explain things. 

That happens. Perhaps I misunderstood the vibes you were going for, or you weren't quite set on your vision. We'll go back and forth with revisions until you're 110% satisfied.

For small and medium requests (create a funnel, link this third party platform, update the copy on our sales page, create an email sequence, etc), you can expect to have them completed in 1-3 business days. Once completed, you'll be tagged in your project portal so you can check it out and provide feedback.

For large requests (build a long-form sales page, set up a course, customize a Community from scratch, etc), we'll break it down into bite-sized pieces so we can still send you something to see/have/provide feedback on within 1-3 business days. You'll be tagged in your project portal so you can see the progress and let us know about any changes before the next round.

At this time, we're a one-person team, so I, Kelly, will be the only person to have access to your Kajabi account (logged in under my own account email), and the I will handle all project requests.

There is a contract, and there is no minimum number of months. You can cancel at any time and we will finish out the month for you. Unfortunately, due to the nature of our services, refunds are not granted.

Sick days happen. Most of the time, you won't even know about it, and you'll still receive completed projects in an average of 2 business days. When we're really under the weather, we'll let you know and pause your membership until we're back at it.

As for vacations, we typically close take 6 weeks of vacation each year. If we're unable to work while traveling, your membership will be paused until we return. You will always be given ample notice of planned vacations.
